How do I now spend my weekend evenings? I ‘convinced’ Monette and Mom to join me to go to a craft show in Lynwood. I’m always trying to find something different and potential things I can do (for new career/job)? Luckily (one of the few things I like about Facebook) is the events that are listed, thus how I found the Dreaming of Homemaking Vintage Market. Some of the vendors had some homemade/craft items and it was certainly fun to see Sarah’s tiny home and the amazing kitchen.
This gave us (mainly me) some good inspiration and ideas and I definitely think I want to host a craft show myself (aka, get rid of some of the tons of junk/craft items I have) – you know, to make room for more! HA HA
Oh I should mention that we DID have to stop by Home Goods afterwards (danger! danger!) and found even more fun items…
But here are some photos from the cute craft event…
I like the Welcome on the front door – may have to add that to my rental home one (wouldn’t hurt to PAINT the faded thing anyways too!)
Monette busy texting… (lol) not sure what the woman behind her was talking about, but they were having fun.
We love the photo frame (and the striped wall) – what a cute family too.
Here’s Sarah’s IKEA kitchen. Of course I fell in love with it, and would LOVE to do this to Little House (always want glass front cabinets and especially the subway tiles)! Sorry the photos are dark, lighting in the house was dim.
I had to snap the picture of her cute little pergola (this is the CRAFT (lol) project I want Michael to make for me for Little House AND I want a mini’er version as a stand alone for my outdoor candelabra’s (hopefully I can show you those someday soon).
We enjoyed ourselves and it is always fun to laugh with mom and Monette! Have a great weekend everyone!
