I KNOW I’m getting older when I realize I don’t understand some of my younger colleagues – also known as the Millennials. LOL Like it isn’t hard enough to even TRY to come up with events that MOST colleagues will enjoy/attend. First off trying to even solidify a theme becomes impossible and don’t even get me started on the catering… I liked it best when I just had to worry that ‘so-and-so’ was allergic to peanuts. Damn, now your gluten, vegan, vegetarian, lactose, gassy, IBS, just a plain overeater who isn’t going to be happy with ANY DAMN catering option I give you… (lol). Okay, so I’m the IBS one, but I’ll still eat something from the spread…
But as I stayed up late and saw Saturday Night Lives’ spoof on The Millennials I had to laugh and wanted to share – because I’m sure several of you have encountered them as well… and is there a cure? Can I nuke them with one of their own video game apps? HA HA

LOL – “I’m just gender lazy”
I even enjoyed Stephen Colbert’s Salutes to Class of 2013:
But in all fairness Cam Marston’s – A Humorous Look at the Four Generations in Today’s Workplace – nails even MY generation! LOL
And the latest movie: Anne Hathaway, Robert De Niro’s – The Intern was one that I really enjoyed – probably because I am (sadly) becoming one of the OLDER generations… but I STILL believe in making some of work FUN, I want to make my colleagues happy (MOST) of them and I will be that annoying ‘old lady’ who puts together silly props, tries to have some humor and will be an embarrassment to you (and my kids).
